Workshops
Professionals
interested in any of the Institute for Food Laws and Regulations (IFLR)
courses have the option of enrolling as online workshop participants.
Workshop participants receive no college credit, but receive feedback from the
instructors and have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in
all exercises. Except for the class being ungraded, workshop participants, receive the same course material
as for-credit students. There are no assignments requirements or minimum
time commitment, but workshop participants are encouraged to participate in
all course activities to the fullest extent practical.
