Professor and Lead Instructor - Food Regulation in the European Union
David Jukes is a Senior Lecturer and Professor in Food Regulation at the University of Reading, England where he teaches food legislation and standards, food laws, quality assurance and industrial food processes. Dr. Jukes is a frequent lecturer and consultant in the UK, EU, and Africa. He is a member of the Food Quality Research Group, and member of the Technical and Legislative Committee of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) and is the author of “Food Legislation of the UK”.
