Masako Hashimoto is a food industry consultant. She was previously the Nutrition, Regulatory and P.R. Manager for Kellogg (Japan) K.K. At Kellogg, her job duties include recommending new products, preparing the annual nutrition marketing strategy, and maintaining a strong working relationship with key health professionals and opinion leaders to support the nutritional credibility of Kellogg’s breakfast cereals. She has also spoken on Japanese Food Laws “FOSHU” at the Institute for Food Technologists.
